Quit Worrying about your Preschoolers Nutrition

Do you have a toddler or preschooler?

Do you constantly worry about whether they are getting enough vitamins and protein in their diet?

We want you to quit worrying and rest assured. This hour-long class will include healthy snack and smoothie recipes, education about what your child really does and does not need, and positive solutions to introduce new foods into your child’s diet without arguing. There will also be plenty of time for your questions and you will leave that class with recipes in hand. Samples and healthy snacks will be provided. Additional snacks and supplements will be available for purchase. Kids are welcome. We also understand that it can be difficult to arrive on time with small children in tow, so please come, even if you are late!!
